All our instructors undergo enhanced vetting processes, are fully insured, and are safeguarding leads, guaranteeing the safety and well-being of everyone they work with. We prioritise instructor development, actively supporting their growth through CPD (Continued Professional Development) courses in safeguarding, first aid, and SEN (Special Educational Needs), among others. Mr Peter Reeve
Our Head Instructor is a dedicated and highly experienced professional with years of training in martial arts. As a 3rd-degree black belt, they bring exceptional skill and knowledge to every session. They are the creator of the innovative Beyond Barriers and Mini Masters programmes, designed to inspire and develop students of all ages and abilities. In addition to their teaching role, they serve as the Safeguarding Lead, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone. With a passion for martial arts and a commitment to nurturing growth, they are here to help every student reach their full potential.

Mr Gary Brown
As a 1st degree blackbelt and a highly respected member of the community, they bring a wealth of experience and dedication to everything they do. Known as a fantastic teacher, their ability to inspire and guide others sets them apart. Additionally, they serve as a safeguarding representative, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

Mrs Maxine Brown
As an Assistant Coach, she supports and guides individuals to achieve their goals, helping them unlock their full potential. In her role as Safeguarding Lead, she ensures the safety and wellbeing of everyone under her care, promoting a secure and inclusive environment. Meanwhile, her position as an Events Manager showcases her organisational skills and creativity, seamlessly planning and coordinating memorable experiences. Her diverse skill set and dedication make her an invaluable asset in each of these roles.
